Following survey works, we removed the combustible cladding system including fire barriers, spandrel panels and we also provided a balcony refurbishment.
Replacement cladding and insulation were installed on a phased basis over a 6-month period ensuring to minimalize disturbance to the residents. Other remedial works include providing fire compartmentation in order to demonstrate a fire safety case for continued occupation.
