Brief Overview:
We provided early contractor advice to the Client and their consultation team ahead of the main works progressing to assist them in achieving an EWS1 grade of A1. Replacement cladding and insulation is being installed on a phased basis, plus taking down and rebuilding of the adjacent masonry at 8th floor level. Other remedial works include providing fire compartmentation to demonstrate a fire safety case for continued occupation. This scheme involves linear remediation works
