Following survey works, we are currently removing the combustible cladding system including fire barriers, installation, CP board, insulation within SFS, replacement spandrel panels and
we are also providing balcony refurbishment.
Replacement EWI, Cladding and Insulation is being installed on a phased basis with the balcony decking
also being replaced. Other remedial works include providing fire compartmentation to demonstrate a fire safety case for continued occupation. This scheme involves linear remediation works
