Guildmore were delighted to break ground at the Speranza Steet project for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Our CEO Engin Ertosun, Construction Director Gareth Phillips MCIOB and Project Manager Miles Astle were joined on-site by the Leader of the Council Cllr Anthony Okereke, Member for Regeneration Cllr Aidan Smith and Lee Christie.
The site will provide 17 much-needed homes for social rent, and forms part of the Greenwich Builds – Direct Delivery project to deliver 32 homes across five sites throughout the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
