Resident Engagement
At Guildmore, we recognise the significance of resident involvement, especially in cladding remediation projects where properties are often occupied throughout the process. Prior to commencing any work, a skilled Resident Liaison Officer is assigned to each project, serving as the primary contact for residents throughout the duration of the project. The primary role of the RLO is to ensure residents are consistently updated on project progress.
To ensure efficient communication, we employ a range of methods, including:
