Scope: 

• 49 New dwellings, 6 Storey building comprising 8nr 1 bedroom, 35nr 2 bedroom, and 6nr 3 bedroom apartments, with external terraced areas. 

• Provision of associated amenity areas, cycle parking, refuse & recycling store. 

Form of Construction: 

• RC Frame 

• CFA Piled Foundations 

• SFS and facing bricks to façade 

• Felt Bauder green roof system

We’re proud to have delivered these much needed homes to Croydon, a town where 

we’ve over 4,000 homes already. 

This development has proven extremely popular and all the homes, which are 

London Affordable Rent, are now occupied. 

We worked in partnership with contractor Guildmore and employer’s agent Pellings on the homes at Foxley Lane.

Challenges and Solutions: 

• Control of deliveries and vehicle movements on a very busy Purley Lane gyratory, we secured approval and license with TFL and HIghways to implement a temporary pit lane system, with no impatct to the 

regular flow of main traffic, and furthermore emplyed a full time banksman and traffic marshall to 

co-ordinate all scheduled deliveries planned in advance, maintaining safe segregation to pedestrians and facilitating the safe movement of delivery vehicles.
