Scope of work includes for removal of combustible façade elements and installation of new complaint system.
- Removal of existing insulated(polystyrene) render and installation of new EWI Soltherm render system.
- Removal of existing terracotta and combustible Kingspan insulation and installation of new Taylor Maxwell terracotta tiles, new sub-grid system, Siderise cavity barriers and Knauf rainscreen insulation
- Removal of existing combustible SFS sheathing board and installation of new infill insulation and new Y wall(behind render) and Siniat (behind terracotta) sheathing boards.
- Removal of existing flammable ACM cladding at roof soffits level and installation of new aluminium cladding panels
- Removal of existing timber decking and installation of new aluminium decking supplied by Mydek.
