Renforth Street is a fifty-unit scheme over five floors for Southwark Council. It has forty-four apartments with six duplex units. The site comprises housing to three sides of the site and the Albion Street School is to the fourth side of the site.
The project is due for completion in November 2024. The scaffold drop has commenced with the balcony finishings ongoing. Plots are being mist-coated and a second fix plumbing has commenced.
