Retrofit Works
We are a PAS2030 accredited organisation, who has extensive experience delivering retrofit projects in line with the PAS2030 and PAS2035 requirements and specifications. We are an approved framework contractor on the Greener Housing Partnership Framework and have a team of PAS2030 qualified multi-traders to deliver our services as well as PAS2030 qualified subcontractors. Services we deliver include:

Guildmore has an in-house Retrofit Design Manager to ensure compliance of installation of EEM measures, we can also provide a turnkey service providing Retrofit Assessors and Coordination’s.
Guildmore have developed a PAS2030 training course as part of our induction processes, that sets processes covering both technical aspects of the measures being installed, as well as the quality management processes that need to be followed. This enables our in-house resources to have a clear understanding of
the PAS30/PAS2035 requirements for a project.
