At Block A
The brickwork and roofing works have been completed and decorations have commenced to the ground and 1st Floor. We’ve installed bathroom sanitaryware to all the flats and the electricity connection and gas works are due to complete this week.
Meanwhile, we’ve undertaken snagging and testing work to the lower levels. The 2nd fix mechanical and electrical is ongoing at the higher levels.
At Block B
The brickwork for the external façade is ongoing and due to be completed this month. The 2nd fix Mechanical and Electrical is ongoing at the higher levels. We’re working on pre-decoration snagging ongoing at the lower levels and the roofing works are almost complete.
We welcome to our new Trainee Carpenter and Finishing Foreman to the Ratcliffe Cross Street team.
