Project Description: Demolition of existing garages and the construction of 2 homes (Use Class C3) together with associated landscaping and parking spaces.

This development is targeted to achieve Net Zero Carbon and will provide affordable homes for local people on housing waiting lists. These new homes will directly contribute to the Royal Borough of Greenwich Housing Delivery Action Plan. The Royal Borough of Greenwich has the third highest housing delivery target in London.
