Project Description: Demolition of existing garages and the construction of 8 new homes (Use Class C3) together with associated landscaping and parking

This development is targeted to achieve Net Zero Carbon and will provide affordable homes for local people on housing waiting lists. These new homes will directly contribute to the Royal Borough of Greenwich Housing Delivery Action Plan. The Royal Borough of Greenwich has the third highest housing delivery target in London.

The development also seeks to improve the local natural environment through a detailed landscape design and planting schedules which will introduce 15+ new species of plant and trees across the site, including a green climbing wall on the southern elevations.
