Lyttelton House

We are now out of the ground and making preparations to cast the ground floor slab of this new 25 unit development on behalf of Hackney Council.

Building new homes at the site where Lyttelton House is currently, on the Frampton Park estate, our strategy is to maintain the positive qualities of the existing buildings.

This site is part of Hackney Council’s borough-wide 2,760-home estate regeneration programme, one of London’s largest schemes for building homes for social renting, shared ownership, and private sale, now in its fourth year with:

  • 201 for social renting
  • 20 for shared ownership/equity
  • 42 for private sale built so far
  • + 300 expected to start on site this year

The drainage and underground connections are complete and the tower crane has now been installed on site.
The ground beam installation is progressing well and on schedule. We will shortly start work on the reinforced concrete frame phase of the project.

  • Tower crane installed
  • Ground beams complete
  • Ground floor slab is currently in progress
  • Shortly commencing the reinforced concrete (RC) frame

This development is due to complete in the summer of 2020.
