Standing astride the A22 just south of Purley, Pond Close is ideally placed with trains to both London Bridge and Victoria taking 35 minutes, while the M25 is only 15 minutes’ drive away. Brighton and other South Coast resorts can be reached by car in little more than an hour, and Gatwick Airport in 30 minutes.
