Works are well underway at our Cricketers House development for Cricketers Green Limited.
The redevelopment of the former pubic house will provide an opportunity to create a small new community that will improve the visual contribution to the area. The site of approximately 0.08ha and is located in south-west London, within the London Borough of Merton and will see the construction of 10 new build apartments due for completion in Autumn 2018.
The brickwork and stonework on the building is now complete with only the lift shafts to be completed. All front doors and windows to the new build apartments have been fitted. The scaffolding has now been removed to reveal the brand new building.
We have started to facilitate the groundworks of the site and we are proceeding with a new footpath and parking bays with Merton Council. We will be installing a new gate between Cricketers House and the neighbouring Vestry Hall.
Over the next few weeks the balconies to all units will be completed and we will start soft landscaping with topsoil and planting to follow. Internally we are completing the fit out works to the respective floors, kitchen installations and carpentry are all well on the way with completion.
The development is on time and scheduled for completion Autumn 2018.
