Hours:                 Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Flexibility required on occasion.

Main Purpose of Role

We are looking for a reliable Property Manager to oversee installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s properties.

They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.

The basic goal of planning and scheduling is to avoid delay. The role is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning scheduling and coordination of all maintenance works performed within the facility including labour, parts and material, and equipment access.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Property management.
  • Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
  • Managing defects for Client properties, liaising with the clients and with subcontractors.
  • Responsible for all front line helpdesk enquiries, creating a maintenance plan and bring together all the resources needed to complete it.
  • Assemble and coordinate information, people, materials, equipment, along with all the other necessary resources to get the job done.
  • Utilizing sub-contractors.
  • Monitor expenses and budget for the maintenance department.
  • Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.
  • Administration of ensuring statutory contracts are in place for all assets of owned properties. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
  • Flexibility to undertake other duties when required.

 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate would have the below experience

  • After sales experience.
  • Defects management experience.
  • Property Management experience.
  • Facility Management experience.
  • Experience of scheduling for residential properties (private or housing association).
  • Familiar with a PFI/SPV contract and the maintenance output specification.
  • Awareness of how long each job requires to schedule time accordingly for investigation and completion purposes.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activities.
  • Good Microsoft Package skills.
  • Extremely organised.
  • Full Driving Licence
