We’ve recently been appointed by Hexagon Housing Association to undertake the  development at 190 Rye Lane, Peckham.

The Victorian wall facade retention is very impressive.

Currently at 190 RyeLane, the upper masonry brick facade is supported by a steelwork structure and the engineering os hanging in mid-air.

Over the course of the next two years you will see the demolition and removal of the current building together with the construction of 22 new residential units for Shared Ownership.
