Project Description: Demolition of existing buildings and construction of 17 new homes (Use Class C3) with associated playspace, landscaping, car parking, waste and cycle store.

This development is targeted to achieve Net Zero Carbon and will provide affordable homes for local people on housing waiting lists. These new homes will directly contribute to the Royal Borough of Greenwich Housing Delivery Action Plan. The Royal Borough of Greenwich has the third highest housing delivery target in London.

The project is set to deliver a 167% NET GAIN of Biodiversity upon Completion
