Works are progressing well at our Frampton Arms & Lyttelton House sites on behalf of Hackney Council.
At Frampton, the groundworks and pile testing have been completed. Works to install the ground beams are progressing well and we’re about to commence the reinforced concrete frame.
At Lyttelton, the drainage and underground connections are nearing completion and the ground beam installation is progressing well and on schedule. We will shortly start work on the reinforced concrete frame phase of the project.
The development is due to complete in the summer of 2020.
