At 190 Rye Lane, Block A, we’ve completed the roof coverings and completed the high level feature stonework, as well as the M and E first fix.
We’ve screeded the floors, completed the soundproofing on the 1st floor and started the dry lining with the help of our specialist contractors – Deniz.
At Block B, we’ve installed the PV (photo voltaic) panel system and started the build-up of the cladding. We’ve cleaned the brickwork and commenced the rear garden works. Internally, we’ve started dry-lining and we’re nearing completion on the ground floor.
