We’re excited to be moving ahead at Ratcliffe Cross Street to provide a greater choice of affordable homes in Tower Hamlets, with a clear view of the historic kiln works. These kiln works were used by potteries that crafted products for shipping companies and ships in the East End docks.
In January, we installed more kitchens and made excellent progress with the two show flats. The site containers have gone and the external works are imminent. Inside, the plastering is going ahead, M and E is ongoing on the upper floors and we’re up to the 1st fix of carpentry.
Meanwhile at Block B, we’re installing the flat doors. The hoists will be removed next week and we anticipate that we’ll be connected to mains power at the end of February.
