I joined Guildmore as a Trainee Site Manager on the River Gardens project, which is my first role in construction. Everyone’s been really supportive from the start and has helped me settle in and learn on the job. I’ve gradually taken on more responsibility and feel more confident being on site day to day. I’ve also been given the chance to do training and work towards my qualifications, which has been a big help. I really enjoy being on site, working with the team and picking things up as I go.

Our values are rooted in people, opportunity and long-term impact. We believe in investing in the communities we work in by creating real pathways into construction and supporting the next generation of talent.
Through work experience placements, college engagement days and local employment fairs, we give young people direct exposure to the industry. Our established relationships with local colleges and universities help support training and development, providing clear routes into employment.
By working closely with local employment initiatives, we aim to create lasting opportunities, develop skills and strengthen the communities we are part of.
