What we’re looking for
We are actively seeking development opportunities that meet the following criteria:
- Sites of 1–3 acres
- Minimum population of ~35,000 within a 3-mile radius
- Accessible locations with strong public transport links
- Safe, well-lit pedestrian access routes
- Residential-led environments
- Opportunities within standalone sites or wider masterplans
Most of our developments originate from sites without existing care-related planning use. As such, C2 classification is not required, and we welcome a wide range of opportunities, including:
- Residential properties and land assemblies
- Hotels and pubs
- Garages and car dealerships
- Office buildings
- Garden centres
We consider both brownfield and greenfield sites, with or without existing structures or planning history.
