What we’re looking for

We are actively seeking development opportunities that meet the following criteria:

  • Sites of 1–3 acres
  • Minimum population of ~35,000 within a 3-mile radius
  • Accessible locations with strong public transport links
  • Safe, well-lit pedestrian access routes
  • Residential-led environments
  • Opportunities within standalone sites or wider masterplans

Most of our developments originate from sites without existing care-related planning use. As such, C2 classification is not required, and we welcome a wide range of opportunities, including:

  • Residential properties and land assemblies
  • Hotels and pubs
  • Garages and car dealerships
  • Office buildings
  • Garden centres

We consider both brownfield and greenfield sites, with or without existing structures or planning history.
