Our Gallions Reach project won the Refurbishment: High – Rise Render category at the 2025 INCA Awards.

Situated directly beneath London City Airport’s flight path and featuring cantilevered blocks over the River Thames, the project demanded meticulous coordination of scaffold heights and crane operations, and temporary engineered dams to ensure safe remediation at height.
