We place the highest importance on health and safety across all of our operations. With no serious incidents recorded in over 25 years of operation, our track record reflects a consistent and proactive approach to keeping people safe.
Health and safety is embedded into everything we do, from early planning and design through to delivery on site. Our in-house teams work closely with our SHEQ function to ensure robust systems, clear procedures and regular oversight are in place at every stage.
We work collaboratively with our supply chain to maintain high standards, supported by ongoing training, regular audits and a strong culture of accountability. This ensures risks are effectively managed and safe working practices are consistently upheld across all projects.

We understand how critical compliance and traceability are to the successful delivery of your project. In an evolving regulatory landscape, we take a structured and proactive approach, ensuring all activities align with current legislation, guidance and the requirements of relevant regulatory bodies like the Building Safety Regulator.
Compliance is embedded from the earliest stages of design, led by our in-house design, technical and quality teams, who work closely with our SHEQ function to provide oversight and assurance throughout. This extends to the management of our specialist supply chain, ensuring consistent standards, clear accountability and effective risk management across every project.
Our strong focus on traceability and the principles of the Golden Thread ensures project information is accurate and maintained throughout.
Sustainability
An environmentally responsible partner
We recognise the importance of reducing our environmental impact and are committed to taking practical, measurable steps to do so. Our Carbon Reduction Plan, informed by a full assessment of our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, sets clear targets to halve emissions by 2030 and achieve Net Zero by 2040.
These commitments are supported by action on the ground. This includes using HVO and bio-fuel alternatives, adopting electric plant and equipment where possible, and sourcing lower carbon materials through our supply chain. We also prioritise re-use and recycling on site, alongside annual carbon audits to track progress and ensure accountability.
Through a structured and transparent approach, we continue to reduce our footprint while delivering responsibly.

Social Value
Strengthening communities
Social value shapes how we plan, deliver and engage with the communities we work in. Our focus is on local employment and training, community engagement and opportunities for local businesses, delivering meaningful impact where it is most relevant.
Working with local partners, schools and colleges, we support skills development through work experience, apprenticeships and employment pathways, maintaining a substantial cohort of apprentices. We also prioritise local spend and supply chain engagement to support local economies.
Through structured delivery and measurable outcomes, social value is delivered in a consistent and practical way.
