Delivered in partnership with Abri, one of the largest housing providers in the South East, this programme has seen hundreds of homes retrofitted across Waves 2.1 and 2.2 and 3 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. Working across a diverse range of property types, the programme has maintained an average turnaround of just 10 days per property, combining efficient delivery with minimal disruption for residents.
The partnership continues to grow, with over 1,000 homes in the pipeline through to 2028. In recognition of the collaboration, Guildmore and Abri received a joint nomination for Retrofit Partnership of the Year at the 2026 Retrofit Academy Awards.
